And more accurately; it’s a cultural thing to diffrentiate hard boiled eggs from normal fresh eggs, to color them.
Overflow inventory, i suppose. Maybe some Kids like them eggs coloured all year around.
The question is rather: Why not!?
Not that I’m being them. I manage to boil an egg. I’m somewhat of a genius myself. 🙂
