I want to let you know the handwriting is very challenging to read. So i am not sure if this is 100% correct translation.

Reason of the leak – Water was leaking from the eccentric fitting at the connection point of the shower faucet, seeping into the tile from the inside. There is no grout under the shower cabin near the sewer pipe.

Its recommended to do – Remove the faucet and install longer eccentric fittings. Fill the gaps with silicone, and apply grout to the siphon.
