The U.S. is working on getting more Patriot batteries as we speak. I’m pretty sure basically everyone is working a getting what AA they can there.
The reality of it is though is that no AA is perfect and things will always get through. The only way to stop this is for Ukraine to beat Russia totally into submission. At some point in time I do think European countries are going to have to get involved militarily.
