Per quanto ho capito devo pagare solo 131,55 €, una volta da settembre 2023 e non 131,55 al mese? Ho ricevuto questo messaggio sabato quindi non posso ottenere una risposta diretta al più presto e ho pensato che forse qualcuno potrebbe aiutarmi. Grazie!

No you misunderstand. The 131.55 isn’t your monthly payment (monatlicher Beitrag is written in der the letter) and it is due every month since September 2023. If you haven’t paid anything yet you will have to do so for basically the last 10 months. In Germany you have to be covered by an insurance from the day you arrive and do insurances can charge you since that day. If you had any medical expenses during that time you can still claim it them with your insurance as well.
135,55 € for each month since September.
You will have to either pay in advance for a full semester from now on (6 x 135,55 € as a lump sum every 6 months) or allow them direct debit from your account, in which case they will take 135,55 € every month.
