L’affitto totale indicato nel sito era di 400 euro. Hanno risposto che l’elettricità non è inclusa. Volevo sapere quanto costerà approssimativamente l’elettricità e quali saranno gli altri costi coinvolti. Vivrò da solo e sono nuovo qui. Grazie in anticipo.

Average electricity usage for a single person is probably around 2000 kWh per year, varying of course depending on home office, hobbies etc (and probably not taking into account any sort of AC as they are still rare here).
Just multiply that by the cost of the price you can get where you live (probably around 0,30€ per 1kWh).
As a warning though, if you use an electric water heater for heating water that number for the year will be higher.
