      >The photographer was at the demonstration around 2 pm, in the vicinity of Maelbeek to make images. She was attacked by a group of about 20 to 30 young farmers. “It started with bombs, which they threw at me,” says Annabella. “When I approached them, the atmosphere turned completely. They surrounded me and started beating me, in my neck and shoulders. And they tried to knock the camera out of my hands.”

      >Annabella was forced to delete all her photos. Only when she had removed all the photos did they leave her alone again. The farmers also demanded that she give her her memory card to them, which she refused. “I’ve never been so scared in my entire life,” she tells BRUZZ. “I was trembuving until an hour after.”
