No, if you are putting a tent up you can only stay at designated camping sites. You can look for a camping site near that location here:
Chances are good that they say “yes, we’ve some other place for you, that’ll be 4 EUR instead of 12 EUR because it’s a tent”. Or they’ll say “just get a parking ticket”. Or they’ll say “nope, only camper vans”.
