Ad esempio, la media dell’Armenia, che ha più o meno lo stesso PIL pro capite e popolazione, e si trova nella stessa regione, ha più del doppio della velocità media della Georgia (56).

As a German, all I can say is that Georgian Internetspeed is amazing. Even in Stepanzminda you get 100 down with mobile.
If anyone wondering capital city ranking is even worse.

because isp’s are retarded and we cant just stop paying for internet. they use the worst modems and refuse to set up any other modem you provide, forcing you to use their shitty device as your central one
