This is such a simple subject, yet again we are somehow complicating it based on emotions.
Option 1: we give those 4 Azeri villages back, start the delimitation process from there, continue negotiations, delay a possible war, meanwhile continuing to arm ourselves and reforming our army.
Option 2: we don’t give those 4 villages, Azerbaijan attacks because he has the right to do so according to international law, kills 100s of soldiers and takes those villages + some more favorable positions in our sovereign territory, negotiations fail, delimitation doesn’t happen, and gets postponed to a time where Trump is potentially president and the world is less focused on this region.
