How hard would it be to take our 90% or Russias refineries instead?
I hope Europe can sort out how to transfer enough power to keep Ukraine online soon. It takes too long to rebuild power plants. Decentralized grid with solar is great but won’t keep the economy running and local arms manufacturing cranking. Only grid scale solution here is to stand up more transmission lines from neighboring EU countries before winter.
