Let’s hope they’re as shite at repairing their infrastructure as they are at everything else. Hopefully that’s interrupted some useful industrial capacity, whatever that metallurgical plant does…

Tldr
Large parts of the Belgorod oblast and may include some parts of the Kursk of the oblast. Some water supplies may be affected.
Just finished reading a bit about the Russians dropping glide bombs on Belgorod. 38 in total for the past year or so.
