I’m guessing that this is the result of Orban and Zelenskyy talking at a previous meeting.
Definitely surprising considering Orban’s dislike of Ukraine, but I like to think this may lead to something positive.
Keyword: MAY. Remember that Orban is still historically a Russian stooge.
