Been tracking housing data in the northern region alone and over 1 year the number of live ads went from 650ish to near thousand. Ironically the median asking price hasn’t decreased that significantly. Actually the past weeks/months an increase in supply correlated with an increase in the median asking price.
I know listing data isn’t the best data but it does give an idea on how the sentiment is.
