Sono entrato in un appartamento nella Gare a giugno 2022 e ho appena ricevuto le spese del 2022 per la metà dell’anno (giugno-dicembre). Vivo in un edificio di 6 unità in cui 4 unità sono attività commerciali e una delle attività commerciali è un bar sulla strada. Alcune delle spese sembrano ridicole che l’affittuario se le prenda. Il contratto di locazione aveva una terminologia standard sulle spese, tra cui elettricità, acqua, gas, manutenzione dell’edificio e tasse comunali.
