      I imagine it will be much the same as his North Korea peace plan.. just an opportunity to strut around for the cameras looking like he’s the best buddy of a dictator he admires.

      Tear up the Budapest memorandum, and give Ukraine a collection of nuclear weapons.

      After all, Russia gave nukes to Belarus. Or so they said. So then it’s just Kazakhstan. I guess the UK owes them some nukes.

      I think an EU army equipped solely with European produced weapons will be really cool. May also push the EU into a closer federal structure.
