Amazing how the artillery numbers are catching up to the APV numbers. Moscow’s artillery-centric doctrine will use artillery up fast, especially once their better stuff is wiped out and they’re having to bring in things with shorter ranges, worse accuracy, and slower firing/relocation times, but with them using meat assaults, you’d think APVs would be getting obliterated even faster. Some of that probably comes from the Russians deciding that APVs are too vulnerable to drones, but I suspect that logistics once again is the reason. They had an enormous stockpile of APVs sitting out in the Siberian cold for decades; a lot of those are probably much less usable than anyone believed, particularly when they’re concentrating their industrial efforts on getting tanks and artillery resuscitated. They wouldn’t be using Chinese golf carts to move troops if they thought they had usable APVs of their own.
