      I don’t think it would be much more. GD is corrupt but they’re doing an OK job in terms of economy.

      Median OECD per capita is around $40k so somewhere around $140 billion with an actual developed economy.

      A better government is one important thing but no less important is an independent judiciary, FDI would skyrocket if that was in place and also it’d serve as a check on government.
