Mi sono trasferito in questo appartamento in Germania qualche anno fa e avevo sentito dire che, poiché il pavimento non è fatto di piastrelle, si consiglia di aspirare solo la polvere e di non usare acqua per lavare il pavimento. E ora, 3 anni dopo, ecco come lo sporco si è in qualche modo depositato sul pavimento e non se ne va semplicemente passando l’aspirapolvere. Gradirei i vostri suggerimenti su come pulirlo!
PS. A proposito dell’uso dell’acqua per pulire il pavimento: avevo sentito la storia di un collega che aveva usato uno straccio con acqua e l’acqua si era infiltrata nel pavimento, costringendolo a sostituire l’intero pavimento e spendendo molto! Ecco perché sono stato titubante nell’usare un detergente per pavimenti e uno straccio!

Looks like laminate to me. Don’t use a mop because they’re usually still too wet. I use something like this Vileda Ultramax 2in1 Bodenwischer Komplett Set, Wischmopp mit Stiel, Mikrofaserbezug und Eimer mit Powerpresse, für alle Hartböden, Eco-Verpackung https://amzn.eu/d/09ofDqKc.
Other brands are available, of course. That, in combination with a laminate cleaning product. And squeeze it out so it is not wet but just damp.
Edit: If you didn’t do this for a few years, you might not get it totally clean again.
You can use water. Just be a bit carefull, don’t use a completly drenched mop like your colleague most likely did. Wrang it out so that it’s just slightly wet, not dripping anymore. You most likely have to scrub quite a bit with that build up.
Edit: As for floor cleaner: Use a very “soft” cleaning agent.
If this is just a small area you can use Baby Feuchttücher (wet Baby wipes). They’re incredible an all kinds of settled dirt.
Mop an bucket. Dont drench the floor.
I got a 2 in 1 mop hoover that does such a great job on laminate
