L’amministratore del canale Telegram, che ha diffuso informazioni non autorizzate sulle Forze armate dell’Ucraina, potrebbe finire dietro le sbarre per una pena da tre a otto anni. Per ora, trascorrerà due mesi nel centro di detenzione preventiva di Zaporozhye, afferma la sentenza del tribunale.
È accusato di diffusione non autorizzata di informazioni sul movimento di armi e equipaggiamento militare delle Forze armate dell’Ucraina: gli investigatori hanno notato una dozzina di messaggi nel canale Telegram, che parlavano del movimento di equipaggiamento, il che è inaccettabile secondo la legge marziale. È stato stabilito che la fonte originale del video era il canale Supernova+. Il tribunale ha concordato che l’amministratore di questo canale dovesse essere arrestato. at the same time, it’s completely logical that someone may not understand specific cases.
and bloggers like supernova are a vital part of keeping critical foreign support of Ukraine alive. The more the world sees, the less they can close their eyes and turn their backs.
I’ve watched countless videos from this person and they’ve kept me informed and engaged beyond what I would normally be.

Really hope that he will be first among many more (hope to see same news about “труха”). There are too many people trying to hype about war and news.

I understand what people are saying, but as the saying goes “Loose lips, sink ships.” This is war, and it’s deadly serious. Ukraine’s government should control the info coming out of Ukraine. As an American, I’m telling you that American support is tenuous. If F-16s show up in Ukraine and are immediately destroyed, Americans are going to hate that. As much as I support Ukraine, seeing that M1 Abrams in Red Square made my stomach turn. I want to see our weapons being put to good use (I know many will be lost in battle), not blown up in a hangar because some YouTuber wanted to get a scoop.

He’s far too knowledgeable to claim that he didn’t know that it was against the law or even to realize that it might get Ukrainian soldiers killed or lead to the loss of Ukrainian equipment.
Depending on what information you shared it’s possible that he didn’t realize it was sensitive information but saying he didn’t know it was illegal to share sense of information is utter b*llsh*t.
