Mi sono registrato per le tariffe di trasmissione online e ho pensato che la data di inizio dovesse essere la data in cui ho ricevuto la lettera per le tariffe di trasmissione, quindi ho messo maggio invece di aprile. Ho immediatamente inviato loro un’e-mail a riguardo per chiedere e mi hanno risposto 2 mesi dopo, a giugno. Non capisco la loro e-mail, qualcuno può aiutarmi? Significa che hanno corretto la data ad aprile? Sono preoccupato perché dovrei pagare ogni 3 mesi e se la data di inizio è stata modificata ad aprile, la tariffa avrebbe dovuto essere già pagata a giugno, ma non è stato detratto nulla a giugno, anche a luglio non è stato detratto nulla

The original letter is a reminder that you *should have been paying all along*, not what causes you to have to pay. They tell you that you are required to pay starting from when you are registered as living there, which is April 1st, and they registered you for that date.
They are taking the money with direct debit, and they tell you that they will deduct the 55.08 you are owing from April to June.
Another note: “The letter” you got in May was just a friendly reminder either. It is not a prerequisite to register on their homepage.
