I’d say yes.
It looks like a ban for Motordriven vehicles, thus mopeds are included. Your bike does not have an engine (except for you of course..)
Those are often for motorized vehicles.
The area is probably owned by one or several ppl that do not wish to have people taking the road on loud vehicles.
Yes, allemansrätten means we have the right to ride on private roads as well. Prohibiting bicyclists requires a permit from the municipality.
There has probably been a [road sign](https://www.transportstyrelsen.se/sv/vagtrafik/vagmarken/Forbudsmarken/forbud-mot-trafik-med-annat-motordrivet-fordon-an-moped-klass-ii/) above that one. As others have commented, it bans motor vehicles, but not mopeds class II, they generally follow the same rules as bicycles in Sweden. That’s why there’s an extra sign banning them too.
Even if it crossed the whole road you can easily lift the bike over it. So it should not be a problem

yeah biking is mostly the same as walking, only special location has restrictions on being on the land.
