This looks a lot more DIY than Ukraine’s “sea baby” drones (at least what we’ve seen of them), but seems to have hardware in common (camera system looks identical, flat panel at the rear looks like a Starlink antenna).
Maybe an early prototype that malfunctioned and has been adrift for a while?
