A few months ago, we visited this shelter when the frontline was still 18 km away. After talking with Svetlana, the owner, and seeing the situation, we concluded that the shelter needed to be evacuated immediately. Since then, we have been working hard to find a new, safer location for the dogs and cats.
Unfortunately, there was additional delay due to the tragic loss of Svetlana’s brother, who was killed in the conflict. Furthermore, she had to undergo surgery in the same week.
Yesterday, Sunday, July 28, the house of Svetlana’s neighbors was bombed and completely destroyed. Svetlana’s windows were blown out, and bombs fall daily in the area.
There is extreme urgency; if we do not find something quickly, the animals and staff will not survive.
We intended to quickly rent or buy another location and adapt it for the animal shelter. We had a farm in mind, but this weekend we discovered that it is no longer an option. We are now urgently searching for another location and are asking for your help via this message.
**WHO KNOWS OF A SUITABLE LOCATION (in Ukraine) FOR SALE OR RENT, OR A (TEMPORARY) SOLUTION?**
8km from Front-Line? You don’t need a shelter. You need a evacuation! Please bring your pets in a save zone!

Please evacuate. I only have money, no holdings or resources in Ukraine to help you. Please run as fast as you can. Please save yourselves and the pups.
