“We, the armed forces of the CSP-DPA, want to express our solidarity with your fight against Russian criminals. We have captured a significant number of Wagner mercenaries and would like to hand over these captives to you as a sign of support and solidarity. This gesture is aimed at helping you in your fight for justice and freedom,” the message reads.

Mali is ruled by a military junta that maintains close ties with Russia and turns to mercenaries from the Wagner PMC controlled by the Russian special services.

I somehow doubt they’ll do it for free.
