Ho provato a trovare un posto per il riciclaggio dei rifiuti energetici nell’area di gestione dei rifiuti del condominio per sbarazzarmi di un caricabatterie rotto per computer portatile, ma non c’è posto.

Many stores and markets have recycling booths for small appliances ”pienet sähkölaitteet” it says, it is the same place you take burned-out light bulbs and batteries and such. Often near the automat for returning bottles and cans.
Larger supermarkets that sell appliances or electronics shops also collect them.
