Amici, ho bisogno del vostro consiglio.
Ho fatto domanda online per IU Applied Science a febbraio. Mi hanno avvisato che non avevo inviato i documenti corretti. Quando ho inviato il 2° viaggio, ho inviato anche i documenti con il timbro statale originale tramite DHLL.
Conclusione 1: Non hanno accettato non all’altezza dei loro standard. E hanno detto che non mi avrebbero rispedito i documenti e dopo molte trattative lo hanno fatto. Su quei documenti inviati, il servizio USPS è scomparso durante la consegna. Non ho mai ricevuto i miei documenti. Hanno perso tutti i miei documenti.
Dopo questa brutta esperienza, ho annullato il mio contratto il 28 marzo 2024 e mi hanno detto che: Pagherò 3 mesi di quota (1 semestre).
La ragione per cui?

Non sono stato ammesso all’università, non ho alcun documento d’identità ufficiale e inoltre mancano i miei documenti.
Mi hanno inviato una fattura in cui si dice che se non avessi effettuato i pagamenti mensili entro 5 giorni lavorativi, avremmo portato il caso in tribunale.

Per favore qualcuno mi spieghi cosa devo fare in questo momento.
Se chiamo il 911 e spiego la mia situazione, mi aiuteranno?
Non voglio pagare tutte queste somme e in più devono rispedirmi indietro tutti i documenti. Sono l’unica che ha sofferto qui e vogliono che io paghi.

911 is not the german phone number for the police. And even if it were, no, not likely. Even if the were to investigate for fraud (which they likely will not, see below), that would be the state investigating them for fraud, not them intervening in the civil matter between you and UI.
Read your contract. What does it say on that matter?
UI is experienced with fleecing ignorant foreigners for their money, and even in the best case they only give a worthless degree in return. I would bet anything that the know very well what to put in their contracts so that they sceme is legally sound
If you can do anything at all, it would be lawyer-territory. Read through your contract and check, if it says something about payment duties even if you don‘t enroll/are not eligible to study.
Did you sent them your original documents?
Edit: And yes, they are a scam uni. That‘s why we tell each and everyone who is asking about them here, that they should not enroll there.
