Might be a bug in the app, maybe because you’re on a different timezone and the app doesn’t account for it?
If you rather not risk it, you can buy a ticket on the day itself. Belgian trains don’t work with reserved seating so you’re guaranteed to have a ticket even if you buy it the day of.
