Current leading Kond reconstruction project is on photo, the blue parts are supposed to be roads, but I like to imagine them being a river. It would be awesome

Why not flood it and make a nice pond ?
Isn’t there like a huge water shortage in Armenia in a few regions? Redirecting rivers/trying to create rivers in Yerevan might sound nice but that will eventually catch up to the villagers.
