So che questo è stato pubblicato qui probabilmente più di una volta. Ma qualcuno ha capito cosa comporta questa legge?? Ad esempio, per qualcuno che è un extracomunitario che è originariamente arrivato in Finlandia con un RP di tipo A per essere il coniuge di un cittadino finlandese/comunitario, significa che quegli individui dovranno pagare l’intera retta scolastica ora?

That’s what it means, yes. But it’s worth noting:
>The new rules would apply to degree programmes where instruction is given in a language other than Finnish or Swedish.
So if you learn one of Finland’s official languages, it’s free. And if you’re a spouse to a Finn and living here, it’s more than a good idea to learn the language regardless.
