Flixtrain is a competitor, DB is forced to display their trains/use them when showing connections, but can’t sell tickets for them (result of a lawsuit). So you would have to buy a ticket for Berlin-Hamburg with Flixtrain and this one with DB or use a connection which includes only trains by DB and their partners.
