Crazy thought for the day. If ruzzia is that badly defended, it could be a good launching site for a HIMARS.
If the US hasn’t given any rules for that sort of deployment, the Ukrainians technically may not be breaking any rules.
Can’t fire missiles into ruzzia, but what if you’re already there?
Crazy idea, but I reckon the Ukrainians have got the balls to do it, if they thought they’d get away with it.
