Ho l’abbonamento Easy Internet (150 GB/mese con una velocità di 100 Mbps). Immagino che a causa della visione di molti eventi olimpici, ho terminato i 150 GB prima dell’ultimo giorno del mese (in questo caso il 18/08). Sono stato avvisato via e-mail da Telenet che una volta terminati i miei dati avrei potuto comunque usare Internet, ma a una velocità inferiore, senza problemi. Tuttavia, ora la velocità è di appena 1 Mbps!! È normale? Ho anche fatto uno speedtest tramite Ookla e ho ottenuto lo stesso risultato.

Telenet is just an awful company. This internet package wouldn’t even be worth the price if it had no data cap.
Yes it’s normal that when exceeding limits ur speeds gets throttled to 2 mbit/s or something
But what’s not normal is you choosing telenet (and a subscription with stupid download limit, its 2024 cmon)

It’s a f*cking tragedy that telenet still gets away with this bullshit, in the 2010’s you already had much faster, data-capless fiber connections in countries like Romania for a quarter of the price a copper connection costs you here in Belgium.
They never exaggerate, only in prices 🤣
