Trasferimento avvenuto il 15 novembre, partenza il 30 aprile.
Ogni mese pagavo 260 CHF di Akonto.
3357 CHF diviso per 5,5 mesi
è: 776,53 CHF al mese

It is a 79 qm apartment.
It is what it is. The energy prices are much higher in the past couple of years.
It doesn’t matter at all how much YOU heated. Unless there’s sensors on your radiators to measure your consumption , heating cost is distributed by a fixed formula between apartments. Normally this is done by square footage or volume of the apartments. You seem to be paying 1/10th of the total cost. Which would be totally normal if there’s 10 equally big flats in the house.
Apart from the heating costs, all numbers seem very reasonable. And oil/gas prices went crazy 2 years ago. Depending on the date they bought the oil/gas which was used last winter, it’s no surprise that heating costs could be 200-500% more than it has been in the past.
And you’d know this if you hadn’t been living under a rock for the last years…
If you think they aren’t being honest, demand to see the original receipts.
