They can pull forces from their enclave because contrary to their propaganda, NATO hasn’t actually been threatening them. Let’s hope these weekend warriors aren’t enough and they’re forced to divert units from the Ukrainian eastern front.

Now Poland should pull a Belarus and let Ukraine pass through to occupy it.

Ukraine has some pretty capable drones at this point. And considering some of the distances they’ve flown it would be a stone’s throw to Kaliningrad. Even if by way of Belarus air space, I bet some could get through and take out some infrastructure in the enclave while it’s less protected.

What a truly remarkable and kind thing to do! Too bad that Putin is butthurt over this gesture of kindness.

I wonder what a losing Russia would trade Kaliningrad for. Dare I say it? Crimea?

Now Poland needs to park troops on the border and have Sweden run naval drills off the coast.

So they have nukes there. Less troops protecting nukes is probably not a good thing.

I can only imagine the amount of environmental cleanup that would have to occur after having Soviet and then Russian forces heavily using Kaliningrad for so long.
