Stamattina, le tapparelle in pvc del mio balcone si sono rotte. Qualcuno sa se è possibile ripararle e di quanto, oppure è necessario sostituire tutto? Chissà se il costo sarà coperto dalla mia assicurazione sulla responsabilità civile. Qualcuno ha già avuto esperienze del genere? Sto affittando un appartamento.

What does broken mean? Have they gotten stuck? Have you broken something?
Repairs like this should be done by your landlord if this is normal wear and tear. If you have broken something, it is a liability case, but only then.
If it is just stuck in one direction and you move it with the help of this kind of “belt” (as opposed to an electrical mechanism) you can try to **softly** nudge the belt a bit and see if you can loosen it. But don’t appl forse, if in doubt, tell your landlord that the blinds need fixing.
