First I’ve ever heard of this. Jiliza is obviously within the territory of Armenia, this just seems to be more Azeri misinformation and I haven’t heard from any Armenian source about giving Jiliza to Georgia. The sheer amount of stupidity to even talk about this when both Armenians and Georgians already agree upon the border in general details is astounding. This all just screams of scare tactics.
