On this front Ukraine can outlast and outperform Russia by eye-watering margins.
Why? Russia is simply not smart enough, corruption eats Russia, plus, it is always someone else’s job to take care of pretty much everything. Negative esprit de corps readings have been reported beyond what should be possible in some areas.
