Apparentemente un certo numero di stranieri provenienti da questi paesi, o associazioni che rappresentano queste comunità straniere, hanno problemi con i proprietari maltesi che sono discriminatori con chi ammettono nella loro proprietà. Hard to tell. It really depends on the person. I got lambasted in another thread for talking against TCNs, although I went to admit that it really depends on the person. We have Indians in our block who constantly leave bags out at the wrong time, dirty the common areas, and so on, but then you have TCNs who are well mannered and hygienic.
