Ho contattato una scuola di musica per iniziare lezioni di batteria e mi hanno inviato un contratto.
Il costo è di 55 € a lezione, 4 lezioni al mese.
Si tratta di un tasso di interesse sulle rate pari a quasi il 7%.
Ho trovato fottutamente strano che queste siano le uniche due opzioni. Di solito c’è la possibilità di pagarlo semplicemente mensilmente, senza interessi extra. Non ho mai visto un contratto per un’attività come questa che fornisca solo queste due opzioni.
È normale?

That is a mistake in their contract. Tell them to fix it.
They have to specify what you have to pay and how they are calculating it.
If you have 4 lessons with 55€ the sum is 220€ per month.
I would not sign it they way it is right now
Also tell them to fix the amount for monthly payment. If they want to use a factoring company they have to pay for it.
It’s none of your concern how they are handling their billing.
They have to pay for this themselves.
This contract seems shady.
