Viewing the proposed law in Cyprus as anything remotely stemming from progressivism conveys that the author of the article does not understand or wish to understand Cypriot politics. It seems more like a right-wing pundit who knows nothing about Cypriot politics using this proposed law to poke at the EU as a whole, as if it’s a political monolith.
