Mia moglie ha ottenuto il permesso e le è stato dato “28 Abs 1 S 1 NR 1”. Sono sorpreso perché è pensato per persone sposate con cittadini tedeschi. Non sono un cittadino tedesco. Ho il permesso di soggiorno per lavoro AE 19c Abs 1 ivm 26 Abs.1. Siamo entrambi cittadini statunitensi. È giusto? Dobbiamo cambiare questo? Oppure dobbiamo ignorarlo?

Yup thats a mistake – should be changed to § 29 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 AufenthG (Familiennachzug zu Ausländern).
Thats not a pressing issue but you should change it nontheless.
Seems to me that your eAT is not yet printed maybe they can put in the correction before it is processed by the federal printing house.
