This is not the actual temperature, but a forecast used by KMI. I think there is some issue with the forecast because temperatures in the entire country are above 16°C currently (at 19h20). The cold front did cause a significant drop in temperatures, but in most regions from about 27°C to 17°C, instead of 24°C to 11°C.
