I’m sorry to hear ppl lost their hard earned money. These actions bring a bad name to the space because of some shady guy’s greed, but i’m happy to see them arrested and investigated.
Not the actor, lol.
It’s crazy. I knew this guy in the early 2000’s when he was very successfully and honestly (I think) running Web Technologies, one of Luxembourg’s first internet service providers (hosting, housing, development etc). They had a flourishing business but over the years Schiltz became delusional and more and more greedy and it all spiraled down from there. I think that company was put in bankruptcy because of non payment of vat or taxes. If he would just have continued running the initial business properly and then sell it to a bigger company he could have retired at 30 years old.
