Been a while since we’ve seen issues at any refineries; most of the damage lately has been at depots.
Don’t know who started the fire, but I appreciate whoever did. ruZZia may get past sanctions, but if they can’t produce oil they will run out of money for their “mighty” war machine. Good.
It looks like they’re flaring, but I hope it’s burning to the ground.
Alas, from the pictures it all looks like normal flair off and steam, usually from cooling systems. Hope more info shows it really is a fire with impact on production.
Oh, come on- nothing to see here- ruzzians would think about it in some 6 days, when it won’t stop burning by itself
