What’s the exact source of that? Only a handful of communes have a Pc90 above 15k. Per individual, unless you mean household…

Assuming it’s gross salary per person (I couldn’t find that clarification in the Statec article), I think many state and EU employees make up the top 10%.
Revenues and salaries are not the same thing even for the average person (since there are always social transfers) let alone for someone who is rich. If these are salaries, the reality is probably that a much larger number of people, especially in the richer communes, has that and more in annual income. Luxembourgish tax declaration has like 20 pages and you put your salary on only one.
Time to move to Niederanven…..

The aveeage may be skewed in a small municipality if you have 1 ceo living there.
Note that this excludes partner in law firms and big4 as they are usually not employees.
Also most eurocrats earn less then luxembourg government, especially if empolyed post 2010.
