According to russia, 212 F16s were shot down, 500 Himars destroyed, Joe Biden is Satan, and the battle Mosquitos are STILL THERE😅
This was one of the main use scenarios for the F-16 envisioned even before the order to begin training of Ukrainian pilots was given.
And it makes sense :the F-16 has superior avionics to the Ukrainian Soviet-era fighters and can make more effective use of Western weaponry compared to an Su-27 or MiG-29. So even when “only” intercepting Shaheds and cruise missiles the F-16 is still a force multiplier.
That said hopefully we see political restrictions relaxed allowing those F-16s to really put some pressure on the Russians.
