You mention the foam which is the only way to put an oil fire out. What is interesting is how russian fire service seem to lack it. In previous fires we have seen them using water which not only does nothing but can risk spreading the fire as the oil will just float on it happly burning away to the next location.
And right before harvest season and fuel demand peak by the agricultural sector… Chef’s kiss 👨🍳
Just wish Ukraine could zap all of Russias oil, energy and infrastructure. Could shorten the war drastically.
