Slowing economy, population getting older, employers not willing to pay a more attractive wage, brain drain to other advanced economy, no independent currency to boost tourism/export, outsourced manufacturing. It’s looking grim. Finland’s about to see a lot more old people working like in Japan to make ends meet when they have technically retired.
