Can somebody explain me the police on Malta. The waiters in our hotel told us police is nearly not present in Malta but when then they do some scammer shit. Also they told me they tend to beat up tourists if they do not understand the “problem”. Is this true or did they went over the top with those arguments?
It’s funny how things that in all other countries would result in the immidieate dissolvement of government or at the very least immidieate dissmissal/court case for the ministers/officials involved, are just “ordinary work weeks” in this god forsaken shithole. I assume this bullshit will end with some asshole being “reassigned” to some cushy diplomat seat on some far away island once it’s all over and done.
