Looks more like ex-Yugoslavia without bits, judging by the flags.

This is a bit unfair towards the other countries from the region as almost all of these brands are from Serbia.
Note: “Lane” is rebranded “bambi plazma” for obvious trademark reasons.

Oh you’ve got Granny’s Secret Ajvar (second shelf from the bottom, on the right). That’s the good shit.

They stopped stocking chocolate Napolitanke in any of the stores in my neighborhood in Vienna, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why. They always seemed to sell well. And it’s been over half a year…

“Foreign region” section in basically all European supermarkets: most dry boring trashy low-class snacks from that region in miserable cardboard boxes. So inspiring.

It’s always interesting to see the “ethnic” sections at different supermarkets. At Dutch supermarkets you’ll have lanes with separate sections for Turkish, North African, Surinam, and Anglo products.
It does seem like it’s mostly limited to snacks and candy here? Maybe because in Balkan cooking many of the same ingredients, herbs and sauces are used – even if in different dishes.

Idk why so many Slovenian flags there, when non of these are made in slovenia. Missing all of the argeta, delamaris, gorenjka, frutabela, radenska, cockta etc.
What chain is this?
